Section 10 Integration of YouTube Videos
(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our website which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in “advanced data protection mode”, i.e. no data concerning you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. The data specified in Section 2 is only transmitted if you play the videos. We have no influence over this data transmission.
(2) By visiting the website, YouTube receives information that you have visited the corresponding subpages of our website. Furthermore, the data specified in Section 3 of this Policy is transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether you are logged into a YouTube user account or whether you do not have a user account. If you are logged into Google, your data is directly assigned to your account. If you do not want this to be assigned to your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as a usage profile and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based organisation of its website. Such an evaluation takes place, in particular, to deliver needs-based advertising and to inform other users on social networks of your activities on our website (even for users that are not logged in). You have the right to object to the creation of this user profile, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by YouTube can be found in their Privacy Policy. There, you can also find information on your rights and options to adjust your settings to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy . Google also processes your personal data in the USA and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework .

Section 11 Use of Google Adwords Conversion
(1) We use Google Adwords to bring attention to our attractive offers on external websites using promotional material (so-called Google Adwords). In relation to the data in the advertising campaign, we can assess how successful the individual advertising measures are. We thereby pursue the interest of displaying advertising to you that may be of interest, designing our website to be more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
(2) These promotional materials are delivered by Google via the so-called “Ad Server”. For this purpose, we use Ad Server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success can be measured, such as the insertion of advertisements or user clicks. If you reach our website through a Google advertisement, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your computer. These cookies generally become invalid after 30 days and should not serve to identify you personally. In general, this cookie stores the unique cookie ID, the number of Ad Impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wants to be contacted) as analysis values.
(3) These cookies allow Google to recognise your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of the website of an Adwords customer and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can detect that the user has clicked on the advertisement and has been forwarded to this page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot, therefore, be tracked over the websites of Adwords customers. We do not collect and process personal data ourselves in the advertising measures stated. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Using these evaluations, we can determine which of the advertising measures in place are particularly effective. We do not receive further data from the use of promotional materials, in particular, we cannot identify users using this information.
(4) Due to the marketing tools in place, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence over the scope and further use of data that is collected through the use of these tools by Google and, therefore, we inform you in accordance with our level of knowledge: By integrating Adwords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have visited the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is the possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address.
(5) You may prevent your participation in this tracking procedure in various different ways: a) by adjusting the settings of your browser software. In particular, if you suppress third-party cookies, you shall not receive advertisements from third-party providers; b) by deactivating the cookies for conversion tracking by adjusting the settings of your browser so that cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com” are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads , whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating the interest-related advertisements from providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign “About Ad”, by clicking the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices , whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) through permanent deactivation in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browser by clicking the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin . Please note that, in this case, you may no longer be able to use all of the functions of this website in full.
(6) The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: Http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy  and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html . Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org . Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework .

Section 12 Data security
For visits to the website, we apply the widely used SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit V3 technology instead. Whether an individual page of our website is encrypted upon transmission is indicated by a closed depiction of a key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in accordance with technological development.

Section 13 Currency and amendments to this Privacy Policy
